Return Policy
MacGill is committed to ensuring that every order you receive arrives to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order please call 800-323-2841 and a Customer Service Representative will help take care of your claim.
We offer a one year limited warranty on every product we sell. Certain products also have longer limited manufacturer warranties.
If you have received a damaged package from MacGill or one of its manufacturers, refuse shipment and immediately notify both MacGill at 800-323-2841 and the freight delivery company. Please note that there is a 10-day limit to report any damaged merchandise from the time the shipment is received. After this period, any damage becomes the responsibility of the customer.
To be qualified for a return, items must be in saleable condition. All requests for returns must be made within 120 days after receiving shipment. Saleable condition refers to merchandise that has not been altered in any way. Please note that even if a return has been authorized by a Customer Service Representative, a credit may not necessarily be given. A credit will not be given if items returned to MacGill have been opened or marked on in any way (pen, marker, sticker, etc.). Products that have torn packaging will not be accepted. Please repackage items carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
Carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and ship to: MacGill Return Department, 1000 North Lombard Road, Lombard, IL 60148. MacGill will accept packages from all transportation companies and the US Postal Service. Please retain all tracking information and a copy of your packing slip for your records.
For all returns, including items shipped directly from the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 10-20% may be charged.
