DROP-SHIPPED:
Merchandise that is shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer's door.

INSIDE DELIVERY:
Applies to any freight order delivery that is taken off of a truck and carried into the customer's facility by the delivery company driver. Please call for additional cost.

SHORTAGE:
Please check your packing list that comes with your shipment for possible backorders or drop-shipped items. If there are lost or missing products, please call customer service at 1-800-323-2841.

MacGill's Shipping Terms and Conditions
Freight/shipping and delivery charges are based from MacGill's location in Lombard, IL, to the customer's delivery destination that they have specified. Drop-ship delivery charges are based from the manufacturer's location to customer specificied destinations. Other charges (inside deliveries, lift-gate deliveries, or residential deliveries) may be quoted by a MacGill Customer Service Representative upon request. Please understand that you are responsible for any accessorial changes that you request, either on your purchase order or at the time of delivery.
