Good-Lite 10 Foot Vision Book, LEA Single Symbol
This test is used with children who cannot perform in standard line tests or with the Crowded Symbol Test. There are 13 pages with sizes ranging from 10/100 to 10/5. Each page has 1 to 4 symbols of the same size. A cover piece is included so one symbol can be presented at a time. Book is spiral bound for ease of use. Designed for testing vision at 10 feet. Each page measures 5" x 5".
