With their innovative DuraShock™ gauge technology, Welch Allyn® has revolutionized blood pressure design by creating a gear-free gauge thatis more durable, shock-resistant, thinner, lighter, and more efficient than traditional gauges. If dropped, a traditional gauge would require recalibration to ensure accuracy. That is not the case with the DuraShock™ gauges. Depending on the model, these gauges can withstand drops from 30” up to 60”, while still remaining accurate. Featuring fewer moving parts inside the gauge, a more robust design, and rugged construction, the DuraShock™ gauges are the first major innovation in blood pressure technology in 100 years.

Cuff Type: FlexiPort™ (see image to right), one tube nylon cuff (bladderless).
Sphygmomanometers Include: Gauge/tubing/FlexiPort™ connector, bulb/valve, and one adult-sized cuff.
Cuffs Sold Separately Include: Cuff with FlexiPort™ connector port (no tubing, bulb/valve, or connectors needed or included). Just the cuff—allows for simple, quick cuff changes.
Switching Cuffs: Simply disconnect the gauge/tubing/bulb/valve configuration where the gauge base snaps into cuff port and re-snap it into the port of the new cuff. 
Movement: Standard movement.
Dial Face: Preprinted.
Shock-Resistant: Shock-resistant - can be dropped at 30" without recalibration.
Calibration Warranty: 5 years.
