Calibrations and Repairs

Calibrations

If your audiometer is due for calibration, simply send it to MacGill, and we will calibrate it to ANSI standards.

  • First Calibration Free: If you purchased your audiometer from MacGill, your first air conduction calibration is free (shipping & handling not included).
  • Standard Calibration Fee: All subsequent air conduction calibrations or calibrations for audiometers are $85 per unit.

Repairs

MacGill offers repair services for most equipment we sell.

  1. Request an Estimate: Complete the service form and select “Yes” if you would like to receive a call with an estimate before repairs begin.
  2. Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

How to Send Your Unit for Calibration or Repair:

  1. Download & Fill Out the Service Form.
  2. Print & Include the Completed Service Form with your shipment.
  3. Ship the Unit to MacGill Attn: Service Center, 720 Annoreno Drive, Addison IL 60101
  4. Turnaround Time: Calibrations and repairs typically take three to four weeks to complete.
