Couch extension/stool piece will make a pediatric couch into a full-size recovery couch. It can also be used for a nurse to sit on while attending to a patient. 

Dimensions: 20" L x 24" H x 27" W. 
Available vinyl colors: Dove Grey, Tomato, Tea Rose, Black, Forest Green, Regimental Blue (Navy), Dutch Blue, Sand, Sapphire Blue (Royal Blue), Crocus (Purple), Claret, Cinnabar, and Grotto.
