If a linear test is too difficult for the child, this spiral bound test can help. It uses LEA Symbols® that are easy for children to recognize. Each page has one optotype surrounded by symbols of the same size on all 4 sides. Optotypes range from 10/32 to 10/8. There are 4 pages for each size. Correct identification of the middle symbol is necessary. Designed for testing vision at 10 feet. Each page measures 5" x 5".
