Good-Lite Near Vision Chart Set, LEA & Sloan
The Massachusetts Near Vision Screener with 16-inch Cord includes line sizes of 20/100 and 20/32 equivalent for critical line vision screening. Card printed on one side with LEA SYMBOLS® and one side with Sloan Letters. The LEA SYMBOLS® side includes optotypes on the bottom of the chart for familiarizing a child with the optotypes before screening and for use as a matching game when children do not want to verbally identify optotypes.
