  • I have received a defective item. What should I do?
    MacGill stands behind its high quality products. In fact, we offer a MacGill one-year limited warranty on every product we sell (certain products also have longer limited manufacturer warranties). But now-and-then something does go wrong. If you receive a defective item, please contact us so we can replace the item.
  • I have received an incorrect item. What should I do? 
    We pride ourselves on getting it right 98% of the time. But real humans pack your boxes so now-and-then we do make a mistake. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us.
  • I have received a damaged package. What should I do?
    If you receive a damaged package from us or one of our manufacturers, refuse shipment and immediately call us at 1-800-323-2841 and notify the freight delivery company. We do have a 10-day window to report any damaged merchandise from the time the shipment is received, so please open your packages promptly.
  • I need to return an item. What should I do?
    Carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return along with a copy of your packing list and your contact name and phone number and ship to:

    MacGill accepts packages from all transportation companies and the US Postal Service. Please retain all tracking information and a copy of your packing slip for your records.
  • What does it mean if my item number begins with “Z”?
    Item numbers which begin with a “Z” are Special Order Items and cannot be returned. Please contact our helpful Customer Service Reps for information on replacing the item.
