I have received a defective item. What should I do?
MacGill stands behind its high quality products. In fact, we offer a MacGill one year limited warranty on every product sold in this catalog. Certain products also have longer limited manufacturer warranties. If you have received a defective item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-323-2841 and a Customer Service Representative will help you with your claim.
I have received an incorrect item. What should I do?
If you have received the wrong item, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-323-2841 and a Customer Service Representative will help you with your claim.
I have received a damaged package. What should I do?
If you have received a damaged package from MacGill or one of its manufacturers, refuse shipment and immediately notify both MacGill at 1-800-323-2841 and the freight delivery company. Please note there is a 10-day limit to report any damaged merchandise from the time the shipment is received. After this time period, any damage becomes the responsibility of the customer.
I need to return an item. What should I do?
Carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return and ship to:

MacGill will accept packages from all transportation companies and the US Postal Service. Please retain all tracking information and a copy of your packing slip for your records.
Item numbers which begin with a “Z” are Special Order Items and cannot be returned.
